The function principle of the internal thread of the pressure vessel that requires slow opening is basically the same as that of the external thread. The flat gasket seal is a mandatory seal. A soft material or metal gasket is placed between the connecting surfaces. This type of container is usually only used for small and medium-sized high-pressure containers whose temperature is never low. Its structure is intuitive, and the seal is reliable when the diameter is large and the pressure is never low. It is difficult to process the gasket and the sealing seat joint surface. It has more experience in use and is relatively mature. However, small diameter, low pressure, low temperature (over 200℃) or relatively small temperature and pressure fluctuations require relatively small bolt pre-tightening force and less sealing performance. Because the bolt load is proportional to the pressure of the medium and the area of ​​the gasket. Therefore, the pressure is low, the inner diameter of the equipment is small, the bolt size is small, and the flange and the top cover are increased in size, making the structure light and easy to install and unload.
